Students participate in additional weekly activites such as organized sports, flamenco / salsa dancing lessons, Spanish film festivals, and cooking classes.

Activities

Our activities have as their objective the facilitation of interpersonal relations, not only among the students, but with people in their environment. This is accomplished in an atmosphere which is relaxed and flexible.

They are activities of pleasure and leisure, although they do take into consideration, to a certain degree, the curricular aspect of students’ work. That way, there is coherence between the classes and the out-of class activities offered. We consider that, it is basic that the students learn Spanish in and out of class.

With a well organized activities program we attempt, above all else, to satisfy the questioning, ‘newness’, and social concerns that our students might have. With these activities, the Institute opens its doors in an informal manner to the creativity and spontaneity of the students.

*In our spring break programs, the activities and visit are not included and should be book separately. In our summer break programs all planned activities and visits are included.
